Name, email, birthdate, phone, mailing address, membership number, verification status, and your separate marketing preferences. Payment card information for optional physical cards is handled by the checkout provider, not stored by this site.
To verify eligibility, administer membership, send the digital card, fulfill optional physical-card orders, prevent abuse, and send marketing only where separately authorized and legally permitted.
We use contracted hosting, database, and email providers to operate this service. We do not sell membership information. We retain membership records while active and as reasonably required for legal, accounting, consent and security purposes. Request access, correction or deletion using the contact details supplied by Rosin Mafia before launch; certain records may need to be retained by law.
Marketing email consent is optional and may be withdrawn using unsubscribe instructions. Promotional SMS consent is optional; reply STOP to stop texts, HELP for assistance. Operational membership messages may still be sent.
Information is sent over HTTPS and stored with restricted server-side access. No online system is completely risk-free.
